With over 15 years of experience working with young children, Chelsea is a registered Play-Based Trainer in Texas. She is dedicated to inspiring educators to create developmentally appropriate, play-based environments where children can thrive and learn through joyful exploration.

Rachel Bach is a passionate Play Advocate with over 15 years of experience in the early childhood sector. With a background in public education, she champions the vital role of play in children's learning and development. Rachel is committed to promoting play-based approaches in today's educational landscape, believing they are key to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning in both children and educators. Rachel is a registered Play-Based Trainer based in Richardson, TX where she lives with her husband, son and daughter.
